Mr. Cyrous Gilani Graduated from University of Texas at Arlington in 1981. He has been with City of Los Angles for last 25 years. Mr. Gilani has been involved with several odor control research projects in past 15 years. He developed an estate of art odor control technology used for City of Los Angles Air Treatment Facilities. Prior to the City, Cyrous worked for several private consultant firms for a period of 10 years both in odor control and wastewater programs. Cyrous Gilani is one of Keynote speaker in odor management conference and technology showcase, Los Angeles, UCLA 2017, organize by Scentroid.
Currently Mr. Cyrous Gilani is leading the Odor Control Group for City of Los Angles in Wastewater Engineering Services Division of LA Sanitation.
Cyrous has published and presented several technical papers in odor control through the United States. He holds Professional Engineer Licenses for State of California and Nevada.
The Sanitation Districts of LA have been a leader in providing wastewater and solid waste management services to the region since the formation of the first districts in 1923. The bureau employs some of the most advance odour control, monitoring and management technologies available.
